A week ago ArcticStartup announced the end of ArcticStartup.com as a business. Then they played dead for a week. And now a miracle has happened – they are back and very actively posting startup news.
That if great news – wellcome back.
So what can we expect and learn from this.
- As soon as there’s some kind of market opportunity left for the for competitors, they instantly take over that available market space. For example I started this blog the very next day after reading the ArcticStartup’s unexpected farewell-post.
- As the ArcticStartup’s previous business model apparently wasn’t enough profitable … and because they are a startup oriented service… well, one might assume they have been re-thinking their business model. Thus, quite soon arcticstartup might be demonstrating how exactly they are steering their site and business towards a new market opportunities.
- Or if they for some strange reason stick with their previous (tested and failed) business model… well then they might consider reading that Seth Godin’s book The Dip: A Little Book That Teaches You When to Quit (and When to Stick)
Anyway, for all Nordic startup entrepreneurs, it’s truly great news that they are back.
